Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your product or subscription within thirty (30) days of the purchase date, you may return it to us for a full refund.  Returns requested after this window will not be processed.  Any AllowanceCard balances can always be credited to you through the process laid out in your AllowanceCard Cardholder Agreement.

Return Process

To return an item, please contact customer service through email at support@allowancemanager.com and advise that you would like to cancel and receive a refund.

Refunds

After receiving your request, we will process your return and any pertinent account credit. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your request to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company and the billing phase in which you the refund/credit was made. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
